New Beginnings – Life Update

It’s been a busy, crazy couple of months. My last post was in April about all the books I read in 2018. Last year was an enlightening year of finding the types of books I loved reading and the kind of authors and stories I gravitate to. Unfortunately, right after that post, life got a bit hectic.

From working in a bank, the months of June and July became extremely busy and therefore everything else took a back seat. The time I used to spend reading and finding books to read were replaced by working more hours to get tasks finished on time. Time at home was spent decompressing from stressful days. That became the routine for months and everything else was put on hold. There was no reading of new books, no fresh ideas for blog posts and definitely no time for creating Youtube videos. I did have ideas throughout the day but there just wasn’t any time to build them up.

So here we are, the beginning of September and a lot has changed. For one I’ve moved from Montreal to London. The Canadian one in Ontario, which means I’m back to looking for a job. The move was because Nick got a job here so with a month to do it, I quit my job and we packed up and moved. It’s strange to think that we’re sort of back in the same situation we were in when I first got to Montreal. I guess the upside is that from that, I got a great job that I excelled at so hopefully the same will happen here.

Until then, I have all the time in the world to revamp this space! 🙂 I can get through all the ideas I’ve written down over the last couple months and give life to them. I may even start back up filming and figure out a routine for my Youtube channel again!

So here’s to seeing you here again, hopefully sooner rather than later!
